The book was compiled by the executive chef for Carnival Cruise lines and includes more than 100 exciting recipes and dozens of photographs to compliment the step by step culinary instructions. The front dust jacket of the book has a gold embossed cruise ship logo with the carnival logo at the bottom of the jacket. This is truly a collector's cookbook. This copy is in as new condition with an unblemished hardcover having sharp edges and corners. The binding is tight and the pages are clean, crisp, unmarked and uncreased.
